Refund and Cancellation Policy

The customer hereby agrees and undertakes to pay all the installments as per the payment schedule on time, failing which the Company reserves the right to the cancel the booked property and forfeit 20% of the total property value/cost towards cancelation charges. Balance left after forfeiture of cancelation charges, if any, shall be refunded back only after 12 months from the date of cancellation of the booked unit.
The customer hereby agrees to pay late payment charges, which shall be levied by the Company at the rate of 24% p.a., in the event of delay in payment of the amount due, from the due date till the date the amount is realized with the Company.
